Hi there, the 30 days isn't up until 17/3/23 so it will get added to your account as credit by then. Do give us a shout on here again if there's any issues though. - Adam

Still no sign of any compensation as of 18-04-2023

 

Also what will my bill be going up to ?

As it shows on Plusnet your products will be £28.00,

this is not my normal price which is £21.99 + 14.4%   which I make as £25.16

please explain this.
