Hi,
After being away from my home for the last ten days i have just returned to find my internet is shocking.
It has taken me the best part of twenty minutes to run a speed test via the BTW performance checker and get to this page to post and request help.
Ive only been a member for a few months and this is the third problem i have had, the previous two being a) slow speed and b)poor line quality.
Could someone please look into this? i have attached the speed test result.
