these are my download speeds from BT tester. should I be getting more. Ted

Its nice that some one like Adam tries to help but as things go further along the chain help becomes a lot more difficult ,after a few tests they ask you to do the next thing is to warn you that if by some error on your part the fault lies within your home wireing or equipment then it will cost you and they mean a lot of money, well most people dont have the technical knowledge to be sure they have done all these things and not made some kind of error,or they just cant afford it so like me they just say forget it I will manage with the present situation. Thanks anyway. Ted
