does support work weekends

Hi have problems with my broadband and after 3 days finally got a completed order only to find that it can now take another 72 hours to fix a fault with it.
So was wondering if support work weekends or will it be up to 72 hours from Monday

Hi there,
Our support team do work weekends so the 72 hours is from the point you raised the fault. Have you tried connecting again?  When you raised the fault we did actually have a network issue where customers could not connect - <a href="http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1360352450.htm">link</a> which is now resolved.
We'll be responding to your ticket today.
