does changing my ip increase speed?

would like to know because i am getting very slow internet speeds.

Not really sometimes when you get a new IP your router will connect to a different plusnet gateway which may increase speeds very slightly if it's less congested than the gateway you where on. But this has nothing to do with the IP address been different so no changing IP doesn't really increase speeds.
