disconnections

Hi, still getting those disconnections but more frequently lately. I am currently connected to the test socket at the moment and was wondering if someone could test my connection, just to check if it's to a problem at my end or down the line.

Hi there,
There's a couple of disconnections showing in your radius logs from today, one just before lunch and one this afternoon so if it's been in the test socket since yesterday then it does look like a line problem. Best bet is to run through the checks at http://faults.plus.net - this will give our faults team all the information they need to investigate this for you.

i have only just put it in the test socket, like at around 3ish

Ah then that was the last disconnection I saw, there hadn't been any since then. Do you mind leaving it connected like that overnight? That way I'll run another check in the morning and we'll see how it's held up. When is it you normally see the disconnections?
