I've just lost my connection, still synced to the exchange fine and dandy but getting the chap authentication failed status from my router.

I've just spoken to business support.
There is an issue with a pipe
My connection went off and then reconnected with the wrong IP.
Advised to power off the modem and router for a few hours.
I'll power it all up again in the morning..

im on west of Scotland, wsard exchange and I have been having constant disconnects for last 3hrs every 10-30mins making online gaming impossible, just reset again while trying to post this, giving up for the night.

From the Collated Users Online graph, it looks like all gateways lost a small number of users (and ptn-bng01 lost a lot of users). There are corresponding dips at the same time on all the different bandwidth usage graphs.
