The questions can only be answered by Plusnet members of staff who have access to your account information. As it is the weekend I would suggest you raise a ticket asking the questions or hope that a Plusnet staff member drops in here and contacts you direct.
As a general you you will receive an email saying when and what payments will be taken by DD. Plusnet can only set a DD in place if you have given the relevant information and permission.
