delay with Broadband

Switched from BT earlier in the month - broadband and phone. Gave loads of notice - wanted to switcxh 15/10/15
Finally phone switched without problems 23/10
No Broadband since Friday am -= nothing over weekend - over an hour wait each time i tried to phone and no reply elsewhere on support
Frustrated - is this normal ?
Should I cut and run to another supplier?

plus net  dont care as long as they have you locked in contract and your paying

All sorted - the web "live person support" was very helpful
unfortunately couldn't use this at home as no broadband Grin
Very happy to continue with Plusnet ATM - would expect some hiccups anway
