Last couple of days can't get anything better than Download speed: 0.3Mb  - any known issues at moment?

You've reached the data transfer limit you had set on your account. We sent an email a couple of days ago about this and it tells you how the options available.
To be honest though, if you can cope with the slower speed until tomorrow then that would be my recommendation as that's when you're due to be billed so the restrictions will be removed then.
