Hello i was trying to see how much data i've used the last month on the website but i get a message saying "
Sorry, there's nothing to show at the moment."
I called customer service and agent told they having an issue showing data usage for sometime now and unsure when will be fixed.
anyone having the same problem? and is there anyway to see how much data was used in the past?

Lots of people are, and it has been ongoing for a long time.
Just type usage into the search bar and see all the different threads.
No date for a fix and no way to look at your history.

Don't hold your breath, I've been unable to see any usage after 20th July 2016.
Do you have a download limit?
I think it would be good if the service status page could be updated with information about the usage meter; all we have is a note from 12:17 on 20th July 2016 saying it has been fixed. This is the day mine stopped working!
