connection.....

I ordered my services last Friday and have been tracking the order online.... for the past 3 days it has been saying there is a fault on the line and they would be in contact with me.... ive had no contact and im unable to call out on my house phone or mobile.... what can i doHuh Cry

Hi there,
It looked like the order wasn't automatically placed as expected as the MAC key wasn't entered at signup. Sorry we've not been able to pick this up so far but we'll be manually placing an order for you shortly.

It looks like it was a system, the order has been placed and your broadband will activate in the next 7-10 days. I've updated your ticket too.
