connection keeps going off

my internet connection keeps dropping out..it will do it a few times over say 10 mins then be ok for a while then off and on again..doing it every day.. any ideas anyone..are plusnet having problems?

PlusNet are not, as a whole, having problems.

Do you have multiple devices experiencing this problem?
Also check the PlusNet router logs, see if there’s anything showing up to indicate something.
