Are any of the disconnections you testing anything at all?

Have you checked your router log as that would identify what type of disconnection it is and when
Also the engineer visit isn't until tomorrow

To me, it doesn't look too bad, but I still think we're best off re-assessing the situation after the engineer visit as there are a couple of drops.

After tha engineers work on wednesday my connection looks better than before because the only time it closed is when I restarted my router yesterday so that rotten old cable was the problem right?
