connection drops and BT wholesale page

Over the past 36-48 hours I have had some brief disconnects on an otherwise very stable service. When I reconnected straight after one of them I was captured by a BT wholesale page saying my service either wasn't provisioned yet or I was using a test account - I didn't think to save the page.
Is there some infrastructure work going on that could be affecting my connection atm?
Was planning having the rest of the week off to game
If this is going to be an issue I might as well work and take my vacation at another time.
