connect to my plusnet service with out a router

hello everyone. im just wondering if i can connect to the internet with out my plusnet router as they kept sending it to the wrong delivery adress lol
i found setting on there site to use a dial up but no number to dial can anyone help me out?

Welcome to the community forum!
I've had a look at your account and can see that the router is now on it's way to your new address.
Do you have a spare/old router at all that you could try to connect as I'd say this would be the best method to try and connect.
