cn21 list error or correct

I have just re-checked the cn21+ list to see that my exhange has at last had a live date re-instated. The code for my exchange however is listed as being in Preston and not Glasgow. Similarly the exchange code on the preceeding line is also down as Preston and not Glasgow. Are the exchange code the same across the country or are they unique identifiers? Is there another place to check as Samknows does not list the exchange has having a go live date as yet.
WSCAM PRESTON 01/12/2010 28/02/2011 should be West Cambuslang, Glasgow
WSBEA PRESTON 01/12/2010 28/02/2011 should be West Bearsden, Glasgow
We originally had a hade for 2008 but it was scrapped before it happened.

Is the Preston the WBC interconnect exchange? This is not always the nearest available interconnect exchange

It does say preston in the wbc interconnect code column. Strange how other places list Glasgow and South Glasgow in this column but we are attached to Preston though I do believe there are not that many interconnect exchanges across the country. not bothered really unless they decided to withdraw it again.

I also noted my exchange Henley-on-Thames (THHT) is listed as Kingston-Upon-Thames.
Kinston is then listed a second time with the correct code THHM
