checking details....stuck?

Hi
My transfer from Orange to PlusNet has reached the 'Problem detected-staff are checking details and will email you' stage. Will customer service please update me.

I'll go have a look see if I can find out what has happened, from first look it appears the order is progressing correctly. You should be able to see the ticket update from my colleague at this link:-

As I thought, the order has been placed and is due to complete on the 28th August.
