Is there a limit on the number of named devices or wireless devices? I have been connecting new wireless devices but the router will not recognise / accept the names and just identifies as unknown and mac address. Ta MikeR
Yep thats precisely what I am doing and when I hit apply it reverts to unknown/mac-address. This is for the last two devices I have configured out of about 6 wireless and 4 wiired. MikeR
Hmmm I've seen these routers misbehave a bit n this area. Try a cold restart after manually dropping the PPP session. Note you may need to manually reconnect the PPP session after the restart.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
