cancel modem delivery

i have got my own router now, but i ordered a plusnet modem for my migration (27/2/14). can i cancel the router and get my 5.99 back?

I plan on using my own device too, but for £5.99 it’s great for eliminating router issue if you have problems in the future. It might not be free if you need one sent out in the future

ok all sorted now rang cs and cancelled .no probs apart from the 10 min wait for answer ::).going the all in 1 solution with bt hh5

Just for future reference staff don't man these forums over the weekend so this is the sort of thing you'd need to call in or raise a ticket for in those circumstances.
