can't download from iplayer.

Morning everyone iv got a problem with Iplayer, Im trying to download Hustle: series 8 for windows media player (573Mb) and its Not working, Iv tried other programmes to download and they don't work as well. My router setting's are ok so can anyone help me please.

I had to upgrade iPlayer Desktop and Adobe Air before it would do anything but then it stuck at
Please wait while we acquire information for your download
I then tried a different episode and using iPlayer desktop no problems but WMP download just didn't do anything
Operating system Windows 7 64 bit

Please note that the 'For Windows Media Player' option is only available for one week after broadcast. But Hustle was on TV last night (But i missed it) so not even bin a week yet.
