can staff plz check to see if im still on fast path

can someone from plusnet plz check if im on fast path,ping gone from 11 to 40 download speed also dropped.i use this connection for gaming and if connection gets worse then this i will have to consider leaving

Easiest way is to check your full DSL stats and check your ping!
Staff not on on Sunday. If you have a line fault, not Plusnet's fault but you need to deal with it.
Post your full stats and your Current Line speed (Login required)

40 ping sounds like interleaved unless plusnet have problems

This is where to get the TG582n Full DSL stats if you don't know. (you get the login screen first). Just do a text copy and paste.  As already mentioned your Current Line speed (Login required don't post your phone number) and a good place to check pings is www.pingtest.net, you will need java enabled for that.

Well having spent a several minutes digging, it would have helped if you'd mentioned that you were on FTTC, as you can't get stats in the same way as ADSL. Nor can Plusnet alter the amount of Interleaving.
Fibre DLM will adjust it according to the line conditions it finds, nor can Plusnet (or any ISP) get a reset as they can on ADSL.
Have you been rebooting the modem at all?
If you have a line problem that needs to be fixed. Can you hear/have you heard any crackling or other noises on the line when using the phone? Have you had any problems with incoming or outgoing calls?

sorry yes im on fttc,my connection was fine before plusnet had their outage now gaming is a nightmare.ip profile gone from 76 to 58  checking forum seems like im not the only one with a speed drop

But have you been rebooting the modem at all? That can upset the DLM.
Can you run the BTw Performance test (ignore the red preamble except make sure no other programs are using the Internet) and at the end of the first run, click the Further Diagnostics button, enter just your Phone number and Run the Further Diagnostics Test.
Do a Copy and Paste of the results and post here (no need to grab an image). Also your Current Line speed (Login required) don't post your phone number. This will help give us a clue as to what's going on.
