can only load certain websites

Hi guys, been with plusnet quite a while.
Think I have an issue with the router (maybe).
On all our devices, we can only access Facebook and nothing else.
I've tried all the usual things (resetting, wiping cache etc. Diff browsers, device etc) with no luck.
Really need help!

There seems to be an issue with their DNS servers - a lot of domains are returning SERVFAIL, for both their servers.
I've temporarily changed my dns server in the rooter to 8.8.8.8 which is one of Google's (free). Although I really must look for a better one sometime as plus' do tend to go down occasionally.
