can I have a reset - speed drops

Hi,

Been a while since I've been here, and it's got a pretty....

Anyway, usual problem - for me - over the last few years broadband speed drops although without any complete drop outs this time around.

These have always been fixed with some sort of reset at the PN end - sorry can't remember details or my previous posts on the subject - done after I've commented here (raising a broadband fault ticket tends to lead to nothing happening - so please don't suggest that!)

Anyway, as you can see from the attached read outs from my SamKnows box, over the last six months my speed would average around the 1.5 mark but on 1st Feb dropped to 1.3 which I could have lived with. However, this week - see second attachment - it halved to 0.7.

So can something be done about this before I end up back with dial up speed - or no connection at all - like I had for the majority of last year.

Re: can I have a reset - speed drops

Ye, they jumped up to 1.3 late last night according to SamKnows.

So thank you for whatever you did.
