bump my profile speed plz

I have been having problems with my router locking up over the past week or so and i had to keep restarting it, it would say that i am still connected but i wasnt able to view anything until i rebooted the router.
I have now bought a new router and everything is now working fine apart from my connection speed which is now running at about 6mbps instead of 10mbps+ so can i please have my profile speed bumped back up to what it should be

HI punkindonuts.
Your line was banded at 3328Kbps - 6656Kbps so this means that you couldn't sync over 6656Kbps. I've applied for that to be lifted so your line will sync as high as it can. Once this happens the profile should lift too.
