Had the follwing probs......
Been with plusnet a couple of weeks then, Broadband went off 25th Nov, Called plusnet 26th sending engineer 27th, Came back on 26th pm, Went off 27th bout 9am, Back on 27th bout 2pm, BT engineer didn't turn up 27th nov
Went off 28th bout 17.30, Back on 28th bout 20.00
have tried the chat thing but takes ages to get hold of anyone to be told they cant deal with that sort of problem, posted on members page asking for update, so far no response, tried the phone but wait time 30 mins, is there any way to check direct with BT about a no show

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear the engineer did not attend, I have checked with our suppliers and it seems that he found the issue externally and therefore fixed this externally. However, he should have called you to let you know he was not attending, and I have ensured this was fedback to the engineer in question. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
