I have just been on chat for about 2hrs 4agents and seems I got nowhere ,my seed tests show ping 65ms speed down1.15 mbps up 0.8 mbps. I was getting ping 15ms down 6.0mbps up 0.8mbps, only a few weeks since. Plus net just dont care or they are too busy to get in touch. They ask you to jump though all the hoops and then cant give you a few mins of their time .

I have been told that my problem is being dealt with that was on Friday how long do I wait for information

Your line is connecting through at a very very low rate compared to what we'd expect, based on the loop loss and the estimates this should be much higher. Can you confirm the router is in the master socket with NO extension leads in use please.

I can confirm that the router is connected directly into the master socket with a new filter and just the telephone ,no other equipment .I have removed the face plate.
