broadband troubleshooter asking for day time and evening tel number.

I'm trying to troubleshoot my broadband and it asks for email and mobile number which i've added then i get an error message asking for daytime and evening tel number but there is nowhere to add them and i do not have any other number but my mobile.

I can’t help with the broadband troubleshooter, but you may be better off using the ‘new’ text service by following the steps at: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/#broadband

@rjbell Unless you are on Full Fibre, you will have a phone number - if you don't know it, it is somewhere in your account.If you do not use the landline, just  repeat the mobile number.

There isn't anywhere to add another number

In that case - use @Gandalf 's suggestion - it is quicker than the route you are trying to take.
