broadband speed slow


Hi my broadband speed has dropped again,  I was previously getting around 7.6mb but when i check my line it says
Estimated line speed:
There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.
Current line speed:
5.8 Mb
its dropped to the same speed  of 5.8mb when I last posted about slow speed  in April a staff member reported the line had high SNR  and reset it.

Hi Hazel,
I've done a line test for you and can see a possible issue. I've performed a line reset for you which should take about four hours to go through.
If you have problems after that, let us know and we'll advise further.

Hi I reset my router 15 minutes ago but it seems to be connecting at the same speed as before, no change.
