hi there my broadband speed has dropped to the point i keep getting kicked off xbox live since breaking my leg two weeks ago the xbox is the only thing keeping me sane can i get a reset or whatever it is to get my speeds bumped back up thanks & merry xmas

The Digital Care Team are unlikely to be active on the forums again until after Christmas. Have you tried working through the steps on the slow speed troubleshooter here? You might be able to fix the problem yourself.

Looks like the connection's very intermittent, which will have caused the slow speeds. If you raise it to us via the troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net we'll get it investigated and sorted for you, that'll take you through all the checks needed to confirm it's a fault with the line rather than any equipment or wiring at your own premises.
