broadband speed dropped over 13mbps

Hi iv been with plusnet for a while now and when I got with plusnet my download speed was 37mbps for about 2 weeks then bam went down to 24mbps and has been like that ever since. Funny because I went with plusnet coz someone recommended it to me. so I rang up and yes they said I would get 38mbps which I was getting.
but somehow I think iv been played by plusnet taking off 13mbps is a lot to lose please could someone look into this as I thought I was paying for 38mbps line not ADSL speed of 24mbps

Hi there,
It's likely that the speeds have decreased slightly due to the recent phone fault. I'd expect to see that improve over the coming week providing that the connection remains stable.
