For the last few days our speed has been up and down like the proverbial whore's drawers, with regular dropouts.
trying to set up a new computer with various apps is proving impossible as connection is regularly lost. it is not only us as a close neighbour is experiencing the same problems, I think he's with BT.
please put this right before I kill myself!

Are the speeds poor on both a wired and wireless connection? Can you run through our troubleshooting guides here, let us know how you get on: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/

Hi, problem is both wired and wireless, and continues today. Have gone through all the guide and have had similar problems on and off for years as you will see if you can look at our history. As I said in my previous message a close neighbour has the same problem.

Next time you're experiencing the slow downs, please could you run a speed test over at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
Following the initial speed test, please click the option to continue on to further diagnostics, as this will store the results on our suppliers systems and help us build a case for an intermittent speed fault.
After this, please report the issue over at http://faults.plus.net and let us know once you've done this.
