Also, i was told on online support that I have another engineer coming round today between 1-6? Why is this? Thought the internet was just gonna turn on? Iv had the phone line installed and stuff? :s confused.

There'll be an engineer arriving today, if they haven't been already there will be before 6pm.

Engineer has been, phone is working again but still no internet access?

No he just said it should all work shortly. 😕

Okay the phone was working and now it's not again, no internet and no phone.
The engineer did say the internet should be on but he had to go back to the exchange to sort the phone out, it worked for a bit then went off again.
Had enough

It seems the engineer may be doing work at the exchange/cabinet.
