hi admin i recently called plusnet today about 2 hours ago and they said i will recive the router on the 18th and my broadband will go alive on the 20th is this correct but they said they are 100% sure i will recive it on the 18 and will go alive on 20 what if i get a problem or delay?

If you check the status of the order in your membership area, from memory you will see when BT wholesale have accepted the order and given a date for activation. That will be when PN's warehouse get the go ahead to send the router.

Yep, dial-up seemed the best thing since sliced bread when it came out - how times change! It's painful now. It'll be worth the wait - Plusnet won't disappoint.
