broadband issues too persistant & so frustrating!

Hello again, after having closed my last ticket on the 8th August, I'm back again with the same problems with bb speed & connection issues.
Staff here are aware the faults have been recurrent on a monthly, fortnightly, & weekly basis since beginning of January this year.
New ticket #90054209.
Is it possible for a member of forum staff to oversee the proceedings of this ticket, in the ever hopeful prospect of receiving thorough & permanent repair to my line. Please?
Wired test result below.
Also, a suggestion from the last visiting engineer has been included on my ticket comments.

Hi Lodge01,
It seems the equipment you're connected to may have congestion on it, I've passed your fault ticket to the relevant fault team to arrange getting you moved onto a different VP that is not congested as there is no current fix date given for the one you are on.
We'll keep you updated regarding this and of course we'll help out on this if needed.
