May be routine maintenance somewhere?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I can see on our RADIUS logs the 5 minutes when the connection was down in the early hours of yesterday morning, how are things from your point of view today?
Diagnostics haven't shown anything obvious by the way.
