broadband connection

hi signed up for broadband on the 6th of november, and still waiting for an

activation date, so was wondering if there had been a problem setting up

my connection

Hi there.

Sorry for the delay in processing your order. It looks like it was stuck in the automated system on this occasion. I've manually progressed it now and we'll confirm your activation date within the next 48 to 72 hours.

The date we provide will be around 10 working days into the future as we'd be taking over a working line still.
