broadband connection drops when inbound call

Hello, when we have an incoming call the broadband connection drops and then reconnects a few minutes later.
I have tried the router in the BT test socket directly and with a different ADSL splitter.
I have also tried without the phone connected (so just the ADSL splitter and modem) and rang the number from my mobile and the broadband dropped so ruled out the phone!
Router is a TG585 v7 with software 7.4.4.7.
Line stats are not great in this part of the country (rural north west Norfolk)...

If you've tried another microfilter then the chances are it is an issue with the card at the exchange.
