Dear Joanne, would you please lift the banding for my broadband connect? the plusnet account page said it should be 5-8M. But now it is still 1M after the engineer changed the socket on the wall.

Hi rpwd,
I've just changed the profile on our side to 9200 to allow for your new BT IP profile. You should see the increase shortly.

thank you so much, Joanne, Is there any thing I should do? Should I restart the router as well?
I will be back if the speed gets back to normal.

Nothing you need to do. Once it takes effect it will just drop the PPP session automatically
