blocked - Too much traffic from this sender

Hi i just received this bounce back when i tried to send an email from an external account to one of our plusnet accounts.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
      Subject: FW:
      Sent: 17/01/2008 2:14 PM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
      User on 17/01/2008 2:40 PM
            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
            <domainname #5.5.0 smtp;550 MAIL FROM:<me@domainname> blocked - Too much traffic from this sender.>
Has anybody else come across this?

Any chance you could post the full header so that we can take a look?

Thanks for the quick reply but i believe it was the other smtp server causing the problem 
So theres nothing to worry about.
