My Plusnet service was supposed to start on 10th November, on the morning of the 10th my line went from a normal dial tone to unusable with no dial tone, something was clearly changed at the local exchange.
I now have no broadband and cannot make an outgoing call
I have been onto Plusnet and end up being on hold on my mobile for an hour in each case nothing is resolved
What exactly do I have to do to get some action and get this fixed?
I believe I have been monumentally f*cked over by BT ,and can find no way to get through to anyone
currently on hold for another 45 minutes
