Hi.  Just been talking with [CSA Removed] we got cut off as I used the 'phone  it said "oops" and that was that. Can't get back again cos I'm useless with forum things

can we restatrt please ?

Can you send summat so I know what is happening please  we were getting along nicely 'til I used the phone and it was pear shape time.  Please tell me what to do as I am hopeless with forums.
