Hi, I'm experiencing slow internet speeds this morning. Usually I get between 5 and 6 gb with a ping around 20 or lower. This morning I'm down to 1.5 gb max. Anything I can do to improve this?

Hi zapp and welcome to the Forums.
Would you be able to run the BT Speedtester at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com including 'Further Diagnostics' - this should give us a little more information about your line.

Ok, looks like it's returned to where it should be now, 5 mb 17 ping. Is there a way of monitoring channels to see if I'm sharing and how much others are using.....then go for a manual channel change? Or does this have to be done at your end? Many thanks.

I believe you can use a program called inSSIDer (a quick Google search should throw up some suggestions) which looks at what other channels are being used in the area - this should allow you to make use of a Wireless Channel that's not in use.
