bad evening connection

Why is it when ya run a wireshark all night nowt happens lol

i have done a wireshark ,,  so how do i upload it as it a big file ,

Had a visit today from a nice engineer from BT very helpfull 
altho his test show no faults  he could see i was having problems. we changed all cables inside from PC , router to socket , he then went to the exchange where he did a whoosh test  sounds good  which showed some problem somewhere , unfortuntly he couldnt pinpoint it so he has swapped my phone line in the green box to another connection to see if that improves things.
suggested if no improvement i should ask for another engineer to call .
he did add hopefully the new FTTC box across the road will be live  soon , and would definatly improve when i swap to FTTC whenever BT decide to connect it ,,, march they say

Cheers JoJo , aparently PN has reset my line so i will have to wait 10 days training period  ,  and PN has said my problem is now fixed 
but as the enginer said he couldnt pinpoint the fault he swapped the cables in the hope it would help , no necessary to fix it , as he said if if doesnt get better he may have to call again so why PN decided its fixed is beyond me 
but will keep you informed of how things progress

twas good tonite  apart from bt speedtest say only 8 download , training i suppose

just checked router stats    just a few errors still  
not bad for a fixed problem

connection been fine JoJo only 1 disconect , but still a lot of errors
