hi guys at plusnet - dont bother trying to send a technician i've already had 2 out since i've been with you and both times "oh replace the filters and router" both times have made no difference just charging for nothing - it is nothing to do with the equipment as i've been through 3 sets - so just find a fix without making me pay again for nothing

From what I can see, we've not charged you for either engineer visit?
That said, there's very little we can do remotely. Broadband is connected via your physical telephone line through various points until it connects to your Local Exchange. If you'd like for us to find a fix for this, an engineers visit is going to be the best way forward.
