are upload speeds capped

I currently get between 330kbps  and 350kbps  upload speed  ,but when on aol llu I was getting between 600 and 700 kbps, Im now using googles music manager ,I understand I will not get the upload speeds of fibre but a slight increase in speed would be appreciated .

Are you on a 21CN or 20CN service? On 21CN Plusnet will uncap your upstream on request. This is free but if you are on 20CN Max Premium which increases upstream sync speed to up to 832kbps costs £7.83 per month.

Hi hooverman,
As you're on 21CN I've placed an order to uncap your upload speed, this will complete tomorrow for you and you'll see that your upload speed roughly doubles.
