any staff about to sort pn profile

bein having a few problems with web pages not loading first time ect today nothing major.
but noticed a few tickets have bein raised and closed on my account today one being this.

Hi - I've checked and you're on a 21,000 profile on your account. Don't worry about the few tickets that have been raised, none of them have anything to do with your actual throughput speeds. The 2.0mbps you reference is the ADSL Max *expected* speed - this has no direct affect on your account profiling.

nah sorry i worded it abit wrong and forget to cut the est of speed when i copyed and pasted.
i wanted my PN ip profile setting at 3000kbps in line with my bt ip profile.
i am on a 50db atten line syncing at 3500kbps current and can only dream off a ip profile of 21000.
its most likely reduced on its own now any way. as web pages are loading first time every time now

Are the profiles on the trial now set at 21000 for people that have bein upgraded recently or is this just one thats got a bit of glue on it ?
To any one stuck with a profile to low for there line then head over to ebay as i am about to auction this PN profile off

The PN profiles seem to be stuck at the moment, mine should have been updated to 4500kbps about 24 hours ago, still showing as 3500kbps on the portal
