Been a slight increase to 1500 which I've matched at our end now so if you reboot via the router interface you should see this.

just done a BT test ..... line ip still 350
Download speedachieved during the test was - 253 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 50-500 Kbps.

just an update jojo
had an engineer out .... fitted a new master socket and tested my line and it was syncin at 960kbps and no errors BUT
BT where in the process of replacing some underground cables right next to the exchange(due to degrading) and should be done by this weekend
so hopefully after the weekend i should be back upto 2mb
if not i'll be back
