another weekend of slow speeds

i'm on bbyw pro and every weekend my speed slows down by at lest 50% and ping goes from 30ish to about 170,does anyone else get this,it's not good for online gaming,which is the reason i went with plusnet so not exactly happy about it

Have you still got the problem? I doubt my input will solve this if you have, but your response my help someone else do so.
Do you know which gateway you are on? Which site are you pinging?
It might be an idea to to a 'tracert' and post those results as well.
I'm currently on "ptn-ag1" and when I pinged bbc.co.uk I got times of 40,36,36,38 ms and I have 'interleaving on'.

ptn-ag2 19,17,21,17.  im on fast path.  i would say try gateway hoping but you say its a regular thing each weekend. check your gateway herehttp://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/ and to see which gateways are droping most packets check here http://www.plus.net/support/network_performance/broadband_packets_drop.shtml?supporta=networkpbroadb...
