Hi,
Replaced faulty router 2 days ago but plusnet stable rate / profile is still stuck at around 2.6mb where as the new router is syncing at about 17.3 mb
any chance it could be increased a bit ?

I've adjusted your profile so you should now see your increased speeds
If you have any other question please ask away!

thanks, speed a lot better now.
The problem with the original router ( an old BT home hub 1 ) started after i went over to adsl2, it was fine for 3 days, then the router got turned off overnight, when it reconnected the sn down margin went from about 6 to 29.5, hence the low speed. New router ( borrowed until a new plusnet one turns up in a few days ) reduced this down to normal levels.
Because the router went bad during the 10 day training period should the line be retrained again or would this not make a difference ?
